Where's My Reward?
When our backer reward fulfillment encountered an initial delay in 2013 due to the unanticipated change in our roles and the nature of our involvement in Serendipity Cafe, we made a decision to prioritize the success of Serendipity and Hobson's Homemade within it, and along with this decision we also made promise to you that despite the initial delay in doing so, we would absolutely fulfill all of your backer rewards.
We are pleased to say that of December 2019 we are (finally) considering our backer reward fulfillment complete. We've been working diligently behind the scenes in our "free" time on getting rewards to each and every backer, and finally completed this process in November of 2019, with the exception of a handful of folks whom we have not been able to contact. (We have reached out via Kickstarter, directly via email, and in most cases also personally via facebook over the course of the past 4+ years). If you are one of the handful of people that have not received your reward and/or do not see your name above it is for one of the following reasons:
1. Your reward is ready, but has not been picked up or we have not received a confirmation of your shipping address in order to send it. Please contact us so we can help!
2. We did not receive your backer survey, and/or a response to our follow-up message(s). Please complete the"Missing Backer Reward Survey" below and we will contact you directly to arrange for your rewards.
3. You have since deleted your Kickstarter account, which unfortunately removes any tools we had at our disposal to assist us with contacting you on Kickstarter's end. Kickstarter's policy is that "If a backer has deleted their account, thereby removing their contact information, you are no longer obligated to fulfill any outstanding rewards." HOWEVER - We WOULD still like to fulfill your rewards, so please contact us so that we can do so by completing the survey below:
